Igår annonserade Freedom via sina officiella sociala medier att det kommer att ske en förändring i deras line-up.
Uttalandet lyder som följer:
“Hey all,
It is with great sadness I inform you that Janne Ruuska will not be drumming for Freedom any more. Janne is a FIERCE drummer and an even fiercer dude and we experienced some unforgettable moments together. Needless to say he’s also one of my best friends and someone I’ve looked up to a lot through the years.
I noticed early on that we had our differences in the band and after two years of playing together it was painfully obvious that those differences had wedged itself in between us and caused some serious infection. So the choice was to either let the band roll over and die or to make the change and move on.
This decision was not made easily, nor was it made in haste. But it was made.
I am confident Janne will move on to new musical adventures and my hopes is that we can all share a beer backstage somewhere down the road and laugh at all the craziness we’ve seen. Until then,
