BLACK LABEL SOCIETY går skilda vägar med gitarristen Nick Catanese

Enligt ett tillkännagivande som gjorts idag, meddelar Black Label Society att de gått skilda vägar med gitarristen Nick Catanese.

Bandet önskar honom all lycka till med sina framtida musikaliska förehavanden och tilläger att en ersättare kommer officiellt att tillkännages inom snar framtid. Nick Catanes har varit Black Label Society´s andregitarrist sedan 1998 och varit vid Zakk´s sida sedan de båda turnerade för Book of Shadows (Zakk´s akustiska soloalbum) 1996.

Carol Catanese, Nicks fru och tillika manager har skrivit följande på sin Facebooksida;
“Well, this is the hardest post I have had to put up on my FB. It is true Nick quit BLS, he gave Zakk his notice. Nick wants to continue playing, but he wants to have time to work on his own project! This was a VERY HARD decision Nick had to make. Nick was very loyal and dedicated to Zakk and BLS for 17 yrs. Nick is so great full as I am for all your love and support for Nick! I hope you all understand and will support Nick in the future! Much love and respect to all our friends!”
